EXECUTIVE TEAM

  • Founder and CEO

    Warren Gumpel is a pioneer in mental health, having made numerous contributions over the last 10 years as an advocate, entrepreneur, film and television producer, operator and consultant. He has worked with various providers across the U.S. to help them implement best practices in ketamine and improve their care outcomes. Warren co-founded KetaMD, a telemedicine ketamine treatment provider with the goal of expanding access to ketamine through at-home treatment. He also cofounded the non-profit organization, The Ketamine Fund, which aims to reduce rates of suicide by making ketamine accessible to veterans, first responders, and others who need it. Additionally, Warren has been active in educating the public about psychedelic assisted treatment through the media. As Executive Producer of the documentary film, Lamar Odom: Reborn, he believes Odom’s story will increase awareness about breakthrough treatment for depression, PTSD, and addiction.

    Sandra Statz is a marketing and business development leader with more than 15 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies including LVMH Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy and The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. She developed A.P. CHEM®, an award-winning consumer brand with a mission to advocate for mental and physical health disorders, inspired by her diagnosis with an autoimmune disease. Her physical and mental health journey  led her to ketamine treatment. She is now an active advocate for psychedelic assisted therapy. In addition to her role at 8CA, she serves as a board member of The Ketamine Fund, a member of the marketing committee for the Women in Psychedelics Network, and as a confidant for those exploring treatment.

  • General Counsel & COO

    Renee St. Clair is an Attorney at Law with over 25 years of experience in private practice. Her esteemed career includes successfully litigating a case before the Supreme Court, resulting in a change in federal law. She pivoted her career to focus on advocacy for veterans battling mental health issues, specifically assuring parity in accessing advanced psychiatric treatments.  Renee served as COO at Kadima Neuropsychiatric Institute, a premier ketamine clinic and one of the first in the nation to move ketamine treatment from clinical trials to medical practice. At Kadima, she was charged with improving all aspects of clinical operations with her impact resulting in a 200% increase in clinic capacity.
